Dimerix acquired Mission Therapeutics’ stalled, Phase 2-ready kidney disease candidate in a $292 million transaction structured with a $5 million upfront payment and up to $287 million in milestone commitments. The deal adds scale and late-stage readiness to Dimerix’s kidney pipeline, with the focus on moving a development-ready asset through subsequent Phase 2 steps. On the financing side, AdvanCell raised $315 million in a Series D to accelerate its radiopharmaceutical development and expand manufacturing capacity. The funding is designed to support late-stage progression of ADVC-001, a lead-212 radioligand therapy targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Together, the transactions underline a continued appetite for radiopharma and radiotherapeutics both through portfolio acquisition of development-stage programs and through large financings that address manufacturing constraints.
