EsoBiotec provided extended follow-up for its in vivo BCMA CAR-T program (ESO-T01) in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Updated data through up to 15 months reported no new immunogenicity- or integration-related toxicities beyond earlier observations, with an objective response rate of 100% across four patients in the small cohort.
