Natera partnered with Angiex to incorporate the Signatera minimal residual disease test into Angiex’s Phase 1 trial of AGX101, a TM4SF1-directed nuclear-delivered antibody-drug conjugate. The collaboration will use longitudinal Signatera ctDNA measurements to evaluate treatment response alongside imaging. AGX101 is enrolling patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Natera highlighted that ctDNA may complement radiologic assessment when imaging changes don’t clearly distinguish viable tumor. The partnership is aimed at answering whether serial ctDNA monitoring can improve understanding of response dynamics during treatment with a dual-target ADC designed to bind both tumor cells and tumor-associated endothelial cells.
