Trastuzumab rezetecan delivered a substantial progression-free survival benefit in HER2-low advanced breast cancer versus physician’s-choice chemotherapy in the phase 3 HORIZON-Breast06 trial. Presented at the ESMO Congress 2026 and published in JAMA, the study enrolled 551 patients and met its coprimary endpoints for chemotherapy-naïve patients and the overall population.
