The Global Neurodegeneration Proteomics Consortium (GNPC) released one of the largest proteomic datasets comprising approximately 250 million protein measurements from over 35,000 biosamples. Analyses revealed unique protein signatures across Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, frontotemporal dementia, and ALS, identifying pathways with diagnostic and therapeutic implications. The dataset is now publicly available, facilitating unprecedented insights into neurodegenerative biology and potentially guiding biomarker and drug development.
