Recent studies address critical challenges in nursing and healthcare workforce dynamics. Ageism in nursing was effectively reduced through targeted educational interventions in a randomized controlled trial. Awareness gaps and barriers in incident reporting were identified among nurses in Mogadishu, reflecting systemic challenges. Austrian nurses proposed strategic solutions for geriatric care barriers, and role identity factors influencing cultural competence in nurse practitioners were elucidated. Collectively, these findings inform policy and training improvements vital for quality healthcare delivery amid demographic shifts.
