DNAstack and PhenoTips announced they have integrated their informatics platforms to enable an end-to-end clinical genetics workflow that combines structured phenotype capture with genomic analysis. The joint offering is designed to feed clinical/phenotypic context from electronic health records into DNAstack’s AI interpretation pipeline. Under the integrated workflow, providers order tests through the platform, which captures phenotype, family history, and consent data, then runs variant calling, annotation, and phenotype-driven prioritization. Results are then delivered back into the EHR-ready reporting tools in PhenoTips. The companies plan an initial rollout to health systems in Canada, building on PhenoTips’ footprint across more than 20 institutions in Canada, the UK, and Europe.
