Brenus Pharma secured an €11 million Series A extension (about $12.6 million) and brought in its first APAC investor as international interest grows in its in vivo immunotherapy platform. The financing increases Brenus’s total capital raised to about €38 million and supports continued clinical development of STC-1010 for MSS metastatic colorectal cancer. The company said the extension followed de-risking progress in STC-1010 and positions the platform for multi-asset expansion beyond its initial program. Sambrinvest joined the cap table while Korea Omega Investment Corp represented the first institutional backing from the Asia-Pacific region. The funding underscores how investors are continuing to underwrite in vivo immunotherapy approaches that aim to drive systemic tumor control without relying exclusively on ex vivo cell manufacturing.
