Bio-Techne and Refeyn launched an integrated workflow combining MauriceFlex imaged capillary isoelectric focusing (icIEF) with Refeyn’s TwoMP mass photometry to characterize charge and size variants in bispecific antibodies and biosimilars. The approach aims to correlate charge heterogeneity with aggregation and molecular weight at single-molecule resolution in about four hours, targeting a bottleneck in next-generation antibody development timelines and manufacturing risk.
