Beeline Medicines secured a further $126.3 million in funding for its immune-mediated disease pipeline, adding to an already large Series A total. The extension was led by existing supporters and parts of management, bringing Beeline’s raised capital to $426.3 million. The company’s lead programs include afimetoran, a once-daily oral small molecule in a mid-stage lupus study, and BLN-326, a biologic for conditions including atopic dermatitis and lupus. Beeline said the incremental capital is aimed at taking its programs deeper while it prepares additional clinical starts, including TYK2 inhibitor lomedeucitinib and IL-18 receptor-targeting BLN-481. The round reinforces a venture strategy built around licensing or inheriting advanced assets from big pharma and accelerating them with heavyweight financing into clinical validation milestones.
