Parse Biosciences and Nomic Bio announced a partnership to generate Cascade, a 100 million–cell foundational multimodal dataset intended to map human immune responses to cytokines and drug perturbations. The dataset combines 100 million single-cell RNA-seq profiles with more than 11,000 proteomic secretome profiles across thousands of conditions. Cascade is designed as an “AI-ready” reference for immune biology, aiming to support target identification and validation by providing transcript and protein readouts from the same immune response across multiple timepoints. The announcement also highlighted a coverage scale that spans 150,000+ individual and combinatorial cytokine and drug perturbations. Parse will generate the single-cell RNA-seq data through its GigaLab service, while Nomic will produce secretome proteomics via its Omini 1000 platform measuring 1,000+ secreted proteins per sample. Partner commitments already include GSK, Pfizer, Sanofi, Graph Therapeutics and Turbine, signaling strong demand for large-scale immune datasets that can feed predictive modeling and virtual cellular approaches.
