A retrospective single-center cohort study reported that tumor-informed circulating tumor DNA monitoring tracked with radiologic assessment in sarcoma patients in real-world use. The approach agreed with imaging in 88.1% of paired evaluations, supporting the practical role of ctDNA when imaging and patient management decisions need close correlation.
