Grail expanded access to its Galleri multi-cancer early detection test by partnering with Epic to integrate test ordering directly into Epic’s electronic health record workflows. Clinicians using Epic will be able to order Galleri at the point of care and receive results within their existing EHR environment. Grail said implementation planning began in Q1 2026, with broad ordering and result return expected by the end of 2026. The collaboration is positioned as a way to reduce operational friction for health systems and expand patient portal availability, with roughly 450 health systems expected to be able to access results. The agreement adds to Galleri’s distribution strategy focused on embedding testing into routine clinical processes rather than relying on standalone ordering pathways.
