Children’s Hospital Colorado signed a multi-phase agreement with GenXys Health Care Systems to integrate pharmacogenomic data into clinical workflows. The first phase focuses on processing genomic and sequencing data, interpreting PGx variants, and integrating outputs into IT systems supporting lab workflows—laying groundwork for point-of-care prescribing support in EHR and medication management programs. In a separate digital health and surveillance move, Claryx announced plans to offer sequencing-based hospital infection control and prevention services after raising $3.5 million in pre-seed funding. The microbial genomic surveillance approach targets hospital adoption of advanced pathogen monitoring to improve infection prevention decisions.
