AnaCardio closed a €62.5 million ($70.5 million) Series B to advance AC01 through Phase 2b development toward Phase 3 readiness. The oral calcium-sensitizing contractile agent is aimed at chronic advanced heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, building on encouraging Phase Ib/IIa results published in The Lancet and positive scientific advice from the FDA and EMA.
