Grail and Epic announced a collaboration to integrate the Galleri multi-cancer early detection test into Epic electronic health record platforms. Clinicians using Epic will be able to access the test within existing workflows, place orders at the point of care, and receive results through the same EHR environment. Grail said the integration is planned for approximately 450 health systems, with implementation planning beginning in the first quarter of 2026. Broad availability of ordering and results through Epic is expected by the end of 2026. The partnership is positioned to reduce operational barriers to routine test ordering, continuing Grail’s strategy of embedding Galleri in mainstream clinical systems rather than relying on standalone test logistics.
