Genentech has signed an exclusive global licensing and development deal with Alector for AL050, a preclinical enzyme replacement therapy aimed at glucocerebrosidase deficiency in Parkinson’s disease. Under the agreement, Genentech will fund development, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial work across indications.
