NanoMosaic and Solid Biosciences moved to co-market and technically align their gene therapy workflow tools, targeting AAV vector development and manufacturing analytics. The deal pairs NanoMosaic’s Tessie automated plate reader for multiplex testing of vector genome and capsid titers with Solid’s Polaris-101 capsid program focused on skeletal muscle and cardiac delivery. Under the agreement, the companies plan joint promotion of Tessie alongside Solid’s capsid asset, aiming to provide clearer quantification across full, partial, and empty capsids while also measuring transgene and capsid on the same chip. NanoMosaic previously received FDA AMT designation for Tessie, positioning the platform for developers seeking standardized manufacturing release and characterization methods early in the development process.
