Infinimmune raised $75 million in a Series A to advance two antibody programs targeting IL-22 and IL-13 for atopic dermatitis. The company says it has identified mechanisms designed to achieve longer-lasting control than existing injectable biologics and expects to move into the clinic in 2027. The two lead assets, IFX-101 (IL-22) and IFX-201 (IL-13), were built using technology Infinimmune says produces antibodies with improved potency and long half-life. Boulevard and other immunology players are also competing for differentiation in atopic dermatitis, but Infinimmune’s stated focus is durability and dosing convenience. The financing supports two clinical prospects entering development while the company continues building its pipeline of immune-modulating candidates. For the sector, the round reflects sustained capital flow into immunology platforms where differentiation hinges on durability, dosing interval, and tolerability. It also reinforces how IL-axis targeting remains one of the most active zones for next-generation eczema therapies.
