City Therapeutics raised $99.5 million to advance clinical development of its first three RNAi medicines and expand into additional targets beyond the liver. The funding supports the company’s push to scale development of multiple candidates, following its foundation by former Alnylam executives and with a stated goal of broadening RNAi’s therapeutic reach.
