Braveheart Bio filed for and is progressing toward Nasdaq debut following a strategy built around BHB-1893, an oral cardiac myosin inhibitor for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The company’s asset came via licensing from Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, and Braveheart previously secured $185 million in Series A financing supported by Andreessen Horowitz, Forbion, OrbiMed, Enavate Sciences, and Frazier Life Sciences. Braveheart plans worldwide Phase III studies for obstructive and nonobstructive HCM subtypes, with the oHCM trial expected to start in late 2026 and the nHCM study in early 2027. The filing adds momentum for HCM-focused development that is also reflected in Hengrui’s ongoing Phase III trial in China.
