Mirum Pharmaceuticals’ atebrioz (Atebrioz), an oral therapy for fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP), received FDA approval, becoming the third approved drug option for the ultra-rare disorder. Mirum said the product offers advantages over existing therapies in a condition where progressive soft-tissue bone formation drives disability.
