EpiCypher expanded its commercialization partnership with New England Biolabs to broaden epigenomics tool development and distribution. The companies are extending their workflow collaboration from library prep and CUT&RUN assays to include CUT&Tag, NiCE-seq, and multiomic CUT&RUN using NEB’s EM-seq technology. The expanded effort also targets long-read sequencing applications through EpiCypher’s CUTANA Fiber-seq kit, incorporating NEB reagents. NEB will distribute EpiCypher’s CUTANA portfolio internationally starting with Germany and the UK, with additional markets planned later this year. Executives framed the deal as a scale and reach play to accelerate adoption of next-generation epigenomics methods tied to disease biology and translational research.
