The arrangement links ClaretBio’s SRSLY MethylPlus library prep with NEBNext EM-seq v2 conversion chemistry from NEB, supporting detection of 5mC and 5hmC. The combined workflow is positioned for whole-genome methylation analysis, targeted methylation studies, and cfDNA fragmentomics, with Claret Bio saying compatibility across different methyl-conversion chemistries is a design goal. Financial terms were not disclosed. The partnership matters for translational labs and assay developers building pipelines that depend on standardized, automatable prep steps—especially where epigenomics is being integrated into clinical or near-clinical decision support.
