Arima Genomics said Active Motif will distribute its Hi-C kits for non-formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded research samples, supporting 3D genome studies in areas including epigenetics and gene regulation. The exclusive distribution agreement covers applications such as analysis of structural changes in cancer genomes, aligning with Arima’s broader strategy to concentrate its resources on clinical diagnostic use of Hi-C in FFPE contexts. Arima currently offers clinical tests Aventa FusionPlus for solid tumors and Avanta Lymphoma for blood cancers. For researchers, the deal is designed to keep access to Hi-C sample workflows through Active Motif’s established life-sciences research sales infrastructure.
