Innovations in microscopy and electron tomography promise to accelerate research. A new rapid, automated multiscale electron tomography technique optimizes visualization of sensitive materials under environmental conditions, overcoming limitations of traditional methods. In concurrent advances, ultrahigh-throughput single-pixel microscopy employing frequency-comb acousto-optic coherent encoding (FACE) technique enables enhanced imaging speeds. Together, these technologies expand capabilities in nanoscale characterization across material science and biomedical fields.
