Infinimmune launched its eczema push with a $75 million Series A, aiming to deliver next-generation biologics for atopic dermatitis that could improve on Dupixent’s pace and injection burden. The company says its lead candidates IFX-101 and IFX-201 are designed for more durable activity, targeting IL-22 and IL-13, respectively. The financing is backed by Regeneron Ventures and others, reflecting investor interest in mechanism-led differentiation inside a crowded but still partially underserved biologics market. Infinimmune expects to move the two programs into clinical development with timing that could bring them to Phase 1 as soon as 2027. The company framed its approach against approved systemic biologics including Dupixent, Eli Lilly’s Ebglyss, Galderma’s Nemluvio, and Leo Pharma’s Adbry—each of which targets IL-13 or related inflammatory cytokines and is dosed every few weeks. Infinimmune also positioned its pipeline for broader inflammatory indications beyond eczema.
