Dren Bio closed an oversubscribed $350 million financing to advance its lead CD94-targeting antibody, dibotatug (DR-01), toward commercialization. The company said proceeds will support continued late-stage development, regulatory submissions and a planned commercial launch. Dibotatug is designed to selectively deplete pathogenic cytotoxic cells while preserving parts of the broader immune system. Dren’s most advanced work is in cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma and large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL), both of which carry significant unmet need and limited approved treatment options. The round co-led by Juvia Group and Lightspeed Venture Partners adds an expanded syndicate that included Mirae Asset Capital Life Science, General Catalyst, Cormorant Asset Management and OrbiMed. Existing investors participated as well. Dren framed the financing as a way to accelerate its oncology and autoimmune programs using its Targeted Myeloid Engager and Phagocytosis Platform.
