Duravityte is advancing an implantable biologics concept designed to replace traditional manufacturing and dispensing challenges with on-body production of therapeutic proteins. The company’s implant “cell factories” are engineered to produce biologic product from cells inside the device and incorporate on-board sensors for clinician monitoring and control of the drug production process.
