Dren Bio closed an oversubscribed $350 million financing to advance dibotatug (DR-01), its CD94-targeting monoclonal antibody, toward late-stage development and commercialization. The private round is intended to support continued pivotal work, regulatory submissions, and a planned commercial launch. Dibotatug is designed to selectively deplete pathogenic cytotoxic cells while preserving broader immune function, using a CD94-directed approach. The company’s most advanced programs include cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma and large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL), both rare and aggressive areas with limited current treatment options. The financing also broadens Dren’s syndicate, with co-leads Juvia Group and Lightspeed Venture Partners and participation from investors including OrbiMed, Mirae Asset Capital Life Science, General Catalyst, and others. Existing backers also remained involved. For the sector, the round highlights continued investor appetite for targeted immune oncology—particularly mechanisms positioned to differentiate within niche hematologic indications.
