Dren Bio closed an oversubscribed $350 million private financing round to advance dibotatug (DR-01), a CD94-targeting monoclonal antibody, toward commercialization. The funding supports continued late-stage development, regulatory submissions, and planned commercial launch activities. The company is developing dibotatug in cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma and large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL), both described as rare diseases with limited existing treatment options. Dren says the antibody is designed to selectively deplete pathogenic cytotoxic cells while preserving a broader immune repertoire. The round was co-led by Juvia Group and Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from investors including Mirae Asset Capital Life Science, General Catalyst, OrbiMed, and Juvia’s syndicate expansion. Existing backers including 8VC and SR One also joined.
