Dren Bio closed an oversubscribed $350 million private financing round to advance dibotatug (DR-01), a CD94-targeting monoclonal antibody, toward commercialization. The company is developing dibotatug for cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma and large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL), both rare and aggressive or chronic hematologic conditions with limited approved options. Proceeds will support late-stage clinical development, regulatory submission, and a planned commercial launch. Dren said the therapy is designed to selectively deplete pathogenic cytotoxic cells while preserving broader immune function. The financing attracted co-lead investors Juvia Group and Lightspeed Venture Partners and included participation from an expanded syndicate featuring Mirae Asset Capital Life Science, General Catalyst, Cormorant Asset Management, and OrbiMed, alongside existing investors. The announcement marks continued momentum for late-stage antibody development in rare hematology, with investors backing a differentiated immune-targeting mechanism and an execution path aligned to commercialization timeline.
