Twist Bioscience reported fiscal Q3 revenue growth and highlighted accelerating use of AI in drug discovery, then concurrently priced a $300 million public offering. The company said Q3 revenue rose to $118.4 million and raised full-year revenue guidance to $456–$457 million. Twist also disclosed that AI-enabled therapeutics drove outsized growth, with DNA synthesis and protein solutions both posting double-digit gains. Separately, the priced offering covers about 3.1 million shares at $96 each, with expected net proceeds of $300 million aimed at R&D, manufacturing capacity expansion and product offerings. Together, the results and the funding underline continued investor appetite for platform genomics businesses that can serve both traditional biotech workflows and AI-led discovery pipelines.
