Pairidex raised $4.89 million seed funding to accelerate commercialization of FusionMRD, an RNA-based droplet digital PCR blood test for minimal residual disease monitoring in gene fusion-driven blood cancers. The company says the test is already available via its CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited lab. Pairidex plans to use the capital for clinical studies, commercialization expansion, and further development of its personalized molecular diagnostics platform. It is initially focused on AML patients whose disease is driven by gene fusions, targeting earlier and more sensitive MRD measurement to guide treatment decisions.
