Illumina launched the MiSeq i100 Series-CN, a version of its MiSeq i100 sequencer produced in China for the Chinese domestic market. The company said the locally manufactured and assembled instrument is functionally identical to globally available units, with manufacturing in Shanghai and components sourced across its global network. In parallel, 10x Genomics raised its 2026 revenue outlook after strong interest in its Atera spatial biology platform, which begins shipping in the second half of the year. 10x reported booked orders already exceeding full-year unit plans, while it cautioned manufacturing constraints will limit shipments.
