ABL Diagnostics secured CE-IVD registration for a set of molecular tests covering HIV-1, respiratory pathogens, and viral meningitis panels. The company said its DeepChek Whole Genome HIV-1 Genotyping v1.2 assay is designed to support antiviral resistance determination with improved analytical sensitivity. ABL also highlighted performance for a multiplex respiratory pathogens test and a multiplex viral meningitis panel used on cerebrospinal fluid samples. In parallel, the company amended its equity line and share loan agreement with major stockholders to adjust drawdown conditions, set a floor price, reduce future drawdowns, and limit volumes for resale. The registrations expand the company’s validated test portfolio in Europe while the financing amendments aim to strengthen transparency and safeguards for shareholders.
