Inocras secured $31 million in a third Series B-3 financing round to expand its whole-genome sequencing (WGS) and bioinformatics platform in the United States. The company said existing investors DSC Investment, Dunamu and Partners, and InterVest joined with new investors including IMM Investment and Korea Investment and Securities, along with strategic investors such as NDS and Aimed Bio. Inocras plans to grow commercial and operational capacity and leverage clinical experience gained across cancer institutions in Asia. Inocras also highlighted that its WGS tests—CancerVision for solid tumors and RareVision for rare disease—are used at more than 100 cancer institutions across Asia and supports roughly thirty hospitals in South Korea. The latest round brings Inocras total funding to about $100 million since it relocated its operations from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology to San Diego in 2022.
