Grail partnered with Epic to broaden access to its Galleri multi-cancer early detection test inside electronic health record workflows. Under the collaboration, clinicians using Epic will be able to order Galleri from within their native EHR and receive results through existing portals. Grail said implementation planning began in 1Q 2026, with broad ordering and results integration targeted for the end of 2026. The deal is expected to give roughly 450 health systems access to Galleri results through Epic’s platform. Grail positioned the integration as a way to reduce operational barriers for point-of-care ordering, aiming to support early cancer detection before symptoms appear. Terms were not disclosed in the announcement. The partnership follows prior distribution progress, including Grail’s work with Athenahealth to integrate ordering and Quest Diagnostics adding Galleri to its roster of blood tests across patient access sites.
