Biotech companies continued to expand molecular monitoring capabilities through collaborations. Natera partnered with CytoDyn to evaluate circulating tumor DNA dynamics in metastatic colorectal cancer using Signatera ctDNA assays across samples from the CLOVER Phase II study. The collaboration is designed to connect ctDNA response kinetics with leronlimab treatment dynamics, supporting future biomarker-driven development decisions and trial design refinement. Separately, Photocure agreed to acquire Vesica Health to add an AssureMDx urine-based methylation test to its bladder cancer portfolio, including reference to sensitivity and negative predictive value and a Breakthrough Device Designation. Together, the initiatives show how liquid biopsy and noninvasive molecular diagnostics are being used to accelerate development evidence and expand reimbursement-anchored market access.
