Boulevard Bio exited stealth with about $65 million in launch financing, backed entirely by Deerfield Management and its affiliates, to build B cell-directed therapies for autoimmune disease. The company’s lead program, BLVD101, is a bispecific targeting BAFF and APRIL, with interim Phase 1 data suggesting a potential quarterly dosing schedule.
