One Biosciences expanded its single-cell profiling platform into clinical trials for the first time by supporting Adcytherix’s ADC program. Under the collaboration, One Biosciences will help advance ADCX-020 with a more sophisticated assay intended to better capture tumor heterogeneity and support patient selection for solid tumor treatment. OneMap uses single-nuclei RNA sequencing and AI-driven analysis to characterize tumor, stromal and immune cell profiles from tissue, aiming to move beyond average tumor measurements that can miss clinically relevant subpopulations. The company says results in retrospective studies include identifying resistance patterns to immunotherapy in urothelial cancer and chemotherapy-resistance markers in ovarian cancer, and that a prior partnership with Gustave Roussy enabled results within two weeks—positioning One Biosciences for operational feasibility in the clinical setting.
