Infinimmune secured a $75 million Series A to advance its antibody pipeline for atopic dermatitis, targeting IL-22 and IL-13 with two clinical candidates designed for longer-term control. The company plans to move both lead programs, IFX-101 and IFX-201, into the clinic in 2027.
