Pumitamig (BNT327/BMS986545) plus chemotherapy showed high response rates as first-line treatment in phase 2 ROSETTA Lung-02 (NCT06712316) for non–small cell lung cancer, with efficacy across both squamous and nonsquamous histologies and across PD-L1 expression strata. Safety was described as acceptable, with no new signals and limited grade 4/5 events reported in the topline dataset presented at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting.
