One Biosciences is taking its single-cell molecular profiling platform into clinical studies for the first time, partnering with French company Adcytherix on an ADC development program. The effort is designed to improve patient selection by capturing tumor heterogeneity at single-cell resolution rather than relying on tumor averages. Under the plan, One Biosciences’ OneMap single-nuclei RNA-seq assay and associated AI analysis will support development of Adcytherix’s lead ADC candidate, ADCX-020, which began in March. The company said results from OneMap can be delivered in about two weeks in prior feasibility work with Gustave Roussy, supporting faster translational iteration. One Biosciences also received a €200,000 grant from the Paris-Saclay Cancer Cluster, funding development of a more sophisticated assay intended to better characterize cell-state diversity linked to ADC response and resistance.
