Coregen obtained FDA IND clearance for CRG-150, an adoptive cell therapy targeting SRC-3 (steroid receptor coactivator 3). The first-in-human Phase I/IIa study will enroll patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer, metastatic HR-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer, and metastatic prostate cancer. By moving SRC-3 into early clinical evaluation, Coregen is testing an immuno-oncology approach aimed at a transcriptional coactivator linked to tumor biology across multiple solid tumors. The IND clearance is a key gating event for Coregen’s clinical timeline and provides early safety and activity data potential ahead of later-stage program design.
