A real-world study from China reported a high complete response rate in low-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma after an antibody-drug conjugate-based regimen. In the multicenter retrospective analysis, complete responses were reported in more than nine out of ten patients, supporting the approach as a first-treatment option for carefully selected patients. Separately, a systematic review and meta-analysis consolidated evidence that administering intravenous thrombolysis before inter-hospital transfer improves survival in the most severe ischemic stroke subgroup. The update adds to the growing push for streamlined time-to-treatment pathways. While the stroke analysis addresses acute care decisions, the lymphoma findings directly inform oncology regimen selection and help quantify real-world performance beyond controlled trials.
