Interim expansion data from Tango’s PRMT5 inhibitor vopimetostat in combination with Revolution’s RAS(ON) inhibitors showed durable responses in an early clinical study in metastatic PDAC, with reported objective response rate and progression-free survival figures cited by analysts. The results added momentum to the collaboration and fed expectations that the combo could carve out a role in later lines for difficult-to-treat pancreatic cancer subgroups.
