Artiva Biotherapeutics is ending development of its allogeneic, off-the-shelf NK cell program AlloNK after two patient deaths and concerns about clinical response durability, the company said. The biotech also plans to cut about 94% of its workforce and is exploring strategic alternatives, including a merger, sale, or dissolution.
