Genialis and Inventia Life Science announced a collaboration to connect patient biology to 3D pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma models. Genialis will use its Supermodel to characterize patient tumor microenvironments and map them to Inventia’s RASTRUM co-culture systems, enabling developers to perturb clinically relevant states at scale. The companies said initial findings will be presented at the PanCAN 2026 Scientific Summit, drawing on 644 patient tumors from the PanCAN SPARK Know Your Tumor cohort. The partnership aims to close a translational gap in PDAC drug discovery by improving how therapies are tested against models aligned to definable patient subpopulations.
