Palomar Labs spun out Ariadne Bio to develop AB-300, a non-hallucinogenic 5-HT2A receptor agonist aimed at Parkinson’s disease apathy. Palomar said the company will pursue proof-of-concept through a clinical-stage pathway built around candidates with prior human validation, with CEO Shlomi Raz and chief development officer Daniel Jeffries leading early execution.
